Delivery & Shipping Policy
Farm-Sook Flowers delivers fresh, hand-arranged flowers from our shop in Rangsit Khlong 2, Pathum Thani, using our own local delivery. Delivery fees depend on the delivery postcode and are calculated automatically at checkout.
Same-day delivery and cutoff
Order and pay before 15:00 (Bangkok time, GMT+7) for same-day delivery. Orders confirmed after 15:00 are delivered the next day, or on the date you choose at checkout. We deliver every day between 08:00 and 21:00, and you can choose a morning, afternoon or evening window.

The free-delivery amount is based on the order subtotal. Your exact zone is set by the delivery postcode; if checkout shows "no shipping method available", check the postcode or contact us, as the address may be outside our delivery area.
Samut Sakhon and Pattaya
Samut Sakhon and Pattaya/Chonburi are long-distance deliveries charged at a flat rate with no free-delivery threshold. The 15:00 same-day cutoff applies, but please allow extra travel time; for a specific delivery time, order a day ahead.
Delivering to offices, hospitals and condos
Please give the recipient's full name, phone number and complete address, including building, floor, room or ward. Some embassies and hospital wards (such as ICUs) do not accept flowers, and many condominiums ask couriers to leave deliveries with the security or juristic office. We will call the recipient if we cannot find them.
Holidays
On Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and other peak dates, order a few days in advance; specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed, and same-day orders on 14 February may be limited.
Cancellations and returns
Flower orders can be cancelled for a full refund up to 1 day before the delivery date, except orders that need a special one-off purchase. Unopened gift items can be returned within 4 days of delivery; opened gifts cannot be returned. See our Refund policy.
