Returns
  • Fresh Flowers: Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we accept returns for fresh flower arrangements only under the following conditions:
  • If the flowers arrive damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery, providing clear photos as evidence. We will assess the situation and work towards a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
  • If there was an error on our part, such as delivering the wrong flower arrangement, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will rectify the situation by arranging a return, replacement, or refund.
  • Non-Perishable Products: We also offer non-perishable products, such as vases, gift items, and accessories. If you are not satisfied with your non-perishable purchase, please contact us within 1 day of receiving the item. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition for us to process a return, replacement, or refund.
Refunds
  • Fresh Flowers: In the event that a refund is approved for a fresh flower arrangement, the refund will be issued in the original form of payment within 5-7 business days after the return has been received and processed.
  • Non-Perishable Products: Refunds for non-perishable products will be processed in the original form of payment within 5-7 business days after the return has been received and processed.
Return Process
  • To initiate a return or request a refund, please follow these steps:
    • Fresh Flowers: Contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. Provide a detailed explanation and attach clear photos of any damages or quality issues.
    • Non-Perishable Products: Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the item, providing a clear explanation of the reason for the return.
Exceptions
  • The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
    • Customized or personalized floral arrangements or products.
    • Flowers that have been handled, altered, or damaged after delivery.
